Fund I

A fund that buys every print in its bands, every year, at the rule's price. Fund I buys at the Series A — the $10–25M band — and the follow-on rounds of the vehicle companies. This page is the plan and the evidence; it is not an offer.

What the fund does

Each year the rule fires on a cohort. Fund I takes a fixed position in each print in its bands, without discretion, and holds. The edge is the base rate: prints graduate to $15M+ rounds at 28.34% against 3.09% — 9.2×, on 80,195 filings across thirteen years. The risk is that the last cohort does not predict the next; every figure below is a backtest and says so.

What an LP should ask

n

494 prints, 80,195 base filings. Small enough to read every one; large enough for the rate to mean something.

Dispersion

Graduation is not return. The return model shows the spread across cohorts, the quiet exits, and what the rule missed.

The honest gate

Above $25M the rule has no measured band yet. The fund does not buy there until it does.

Express interest
